It sounds like it makes sense, doesn’t it? You’re feeling extra tired so you decide to skip the workout and tell yourself that you’ll work out extra hard next time. On the surface it sounds logical. You’re feeling tired so you decide to rest up instead of working out. It turns out it’s not quite that simple. Exercising actually helps you feel more energetic. It also boosts your strength and endurance, giving you the energy to make it through the day without falling asleep at 2:00 pm. Push yourself to go through with the workout even if you don’t feel like you have the energy. You’ll thank yourself later.
