Our sense of smell is with us from the start, long before we are able to speak. In the animal kingdom, sense of smell is absolutely vital for day-to-day survival for many wild creatures. As humans, we probably do not give our sense of smell enough attention, or give it the credit it deserves for its ability to improve our well-being, including both physical and mental health.
