Everyone knows how important a good diet is to staying healthy and fit. Fast food or dining out at restaurants on a regular basis is not going to accomplish that goal. Time is something that a lot of people don’t have enough of. These 10 recipes are quick to whip up and healthy all at the same time.

1. Gluten Free Banana Pancakes (sugar free)

1 banana
2 eggs
1/2 tablespoons of quick oats
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions: Preheat skillet for pancakes. Place banana in a bowl and smash it with the back of a fork or spoon. Add eggs, oats and cinnamon; stir to incorporate. Slowly pour pancakes mixture in skillet. Cook pancakes until desired doneness. Place on plate and serve. Can top with fruit, berries or low calorie syrup.
