Wendy’s jumped on the bandwagon recently when they began offering their Sweet and Spicy Boneless Wings. They’re probably delicious, but unfortunately that isn’t the only consideration for people trying to manage their weight. These wings have 550 calories which might not be so bad if it’s all you pick from the menu. They also have a lot of sodium, 2530 milligrams to be exact, which is more than you should have in an entire day.
